Programs don't run

When you make a program, and click "Run"... they don't. This is confusing, as under "Help," the example programs do run. So we'll have to figure this one out.

(from [9c6442dbb4371274cd99b89fba5dc65ab0e6a4ba]) Changed the anonymous_binding to TOPLEVEL_BINDING, and now it works.
