Windows Build Refusing to Download

I'm trying to get the latest Windows build (0.9pre) from the downloads page but I keep getting an error that reads:
AccessDeniedAccess Denied851DAF1895FA5E24YhagTUVEOOqL+9DXkL3rbEKjv5dYtgvgJJW5TxOLnsuL1uE+/9y7+LsU1szFXOVD
I've tried on different computers and on different networks with no success.
