Transition from shoes 2 to shoes 3

The current code of hackety was designed to be used with shoes 2. shoes 3 removes the anonymous_binding aspect, etc, and so we'll have to move the code over at some point.

(from [9c6442dbb4371274cd99b89fba5dc65ab0e6a4ba]) Changed the anonymous_binding to TOPLEVEL_BINDING, and now it works.
